

Jamie Sanne has been a certified Personal Trainer for over six years, with a degree in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific U. He is energetic and fun, blending his education with his creativity to form systematic and progressive fitness strategies unique to each individual.
Jamie prefers to utilize a variety of fitness tools including; Medicine balls, cables, free-weights, stability balls and BOSUs to help his clients reach optimal levels of fitness and health.
He finds his greatest fulfillment when his clients have made exercise a permanent part of their lifestyle. Jamie is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, focusing on Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Myofascial Therapy. His multi-dimensional approach to fitness and massage therapy make him a valuable resource – granting him deeper perspectives into his client’s needs and goals.
