Our instructors are qualified, certified fitness professionals with years of expertise in health and wellness education. The goal of our “Fitness Team’” is to teach safe, effective and enjoyable classes that meet the needs of all fitness levels. We are proud to offer both land and water Group Fitness Classes.

Find an old favorite or try something new...we change and update our class schedule to adjust to the needs and desires of our members. Some options include: N.I.A., Yoga, Spinning, Pilates, Aerobics, Step, Zumba, Stability Ball, Walking, Resistance Training, Stretch, Kickboxing and MORE!

Our wide variety of classes allows individuals to create their very own personal exercise routine and makes it easy to have the choice to try something new.

We invite and encourage participants of any fitness level to join any class at any time.

PILATES & PILATES REFORMER STUDIO

We offer both group and Private Pilates Training in a dedicated studio fully equipped with five Studio Reformers, a Reformer/Trapeze Combination and EXO Chairs. Our instructors are educated and certified in the discipline of Pilates with a full Pilates Reformer repertoire and years of experience. Pilates is not just an exercise; it is a way of life. MIND-BODY STUDIO

Our Mind-Body studio focuses on the teachings of mind/body awareness and addresses the 5 aspects of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. Classes offered include: Yoga, Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Balanced Body and others sure to help you regain to your "center".

SPINNING STUDIO

Indoor group cycling is a cardio experience bringing athletic training to participants of all abilities. An individually challenging and energizing class set to music that will develop strength and endurance. Riders determine their own level of challenge allowing those new to the activity as well as conditioned cyclists to experience success.

FITCENTER – STRENGTH CONDITIONING

Our weight room is designed to be member friendly. if you find you need more individualized attention, or just need someone to motivate you, we offer Certified Personal Trainers.

Our new members receive a complimentary orientation session to get started in the right direction.

Equipment offered includes: Free Weights, Body Master, Hammer Strength and many more! We also have a dedicated stretching area adjacent.

CARDIO CENTER

To enhance your Cardio Fitness routine, we offer our Cardio Center! Filled with an array of state-of-the-art machines, you are sure to find plenty of variety for your workout.

Multiple televisions are provided to pass the time. When your energy runs out, hit the showers and the jacuzzi. Machines include: Upright and Recumbent Bicycles, Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair-steppers and more!

MOTIONCAGE FITNESS EQUIPMENT

The MotionCage is a series of functional training system exercise stations that can be configured in several ways to best suit any facility’s layout and needs. Fitness trainers can train individuals or entire classes on the MotionCage system.
