We offer both group and Private Pilates Training in a dedicated studio fully equipped with five Studio Reformers, a Reformer/Trapeze Combination and EXO Chairs. Our instructors are educated and certified in the discipline of Pilates with a full Pilates Reformer repertoire and years of experience. Pilates is not just an exercise; it is a way of life. Whether you are a novice or an experienced user.
Because Pilates integrates the “all of you”, it is considered functional training. Everyone benefits; from the Sports Enthusiast to those wanting ease of movement in their everyday activities. Pilates is also indicated for rehab patients.
Those six-pack ab’s may look good, but a strong and balanced center is much more advantageous. Take for example - you are a runner - when your “core” is strong and stable, enabling you to stay in correct spinal alignment, the run is much easier on the legs and more efficient.
If any of these is important to you, then hurry in to a Reformer class where we offer exercises that strengthen, coordinate and balance your “power center” to create core, torso and pelvic stabilization.
We offer Pilates Mat Classes in our Mind-Body studio, Reformer Pilates in our Private Pilates studio, as well as Private Pilates and Private Alexander Technique sessions.
Contact our Service Desk at 503-645-3535 and we will connect you with one of our instructors.
Our Mind-Body studio focuses on the teachings of mind/body awareness and addresses the 5 aspects of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. Classes offered include: Yoga, Tai Chi/Qi Gong and others sure to help you regain your “center”.
