AB LAB
Condition your Abs and strengthen your low back in this 30 minute workout that guarantees the results you want.
BALANCED BODY
Based on Yoga, Pilates and Aston Woulk philosophies, this class offers exercises that promote stronger backs, stable joints, long muscles, better balance and improved flexibility.
BOTTOMS UP
Train your legs and glutes without weights. Youll be surprised at how strong and toned you will be after this 30 minute class.
CARDIO ABS
AB exercises performed at an aerobic pace promoting fat loss, sculpting and strength. This extremely challenging and advanced workout requires you to have a strong back.
CARDIO STRENGTH
90 minutes of challenge and fun! This class offers a variety of cardio conditioning and weight training for strength..
CARDIO EXPLOSION
Run, jump and bounce your way to an advanced level of fitness. Balls, bands, weights and more will be utilized for a variety of exercises. If you are looking for a serious blast of cardio conditioning this is the class for you.
EASY FLOW YOGA
A combination of yoga postures, breath and energy flow creating as sense of balance and well-being. Suitable for teens and adults.
FIT & 50
For those wanting a gentle paced, easy on the joints, non/low impact aerobics class. Includes core strength exercises and stretching.
FIT-WALK
Exercise and Socialize outside with our intermediate/advanced level walking classes. A great way to cross train rain or shine.
FLEX IT
Increase strength, define muscles and enhance flexibility using resistance from weights, tubes, bands and balls.
FUNK AEROBICS
Hip hop the calories away without feeling like you are working out. This fun and energetic class is for all ages and dance abilities. If you like to dance, you will love this class.

KICKBOXING

TANG LANG CHUAN
This class, based on Chinese Wushu, develops strength, stamina, coordination, and flexibility. All ages are welcome. No previous experience is nsecessary.

SPINNING
Indoor group cycling is a cardio experience bringing athletic training to participants of all abilities. An individually challenging and energizing class set to music that will develop strength and endurance. Riders determine their own level of challenge allowing those new to the activity as well as conditioned cyclists to experience success.
SPORTS CONDITIONING
Youll be a shining sports star in this fun and playful class that focuses on sports specific drills using benches, balls, bands, and bars. This energy driven class is perfect for sports enthusiasts as well as those trying it for the first time.
STEP ON IT
A variety of routines make stepping interesting and fun. All levels are addressed. This moderately cardio-intense workout also includes ab work and stretching.
STRETCH IT OUT
Feel taller and more relaxed in this class that focuses on various ways of stretching to improve posture and create a balanced body.

YO-ETCH
Stretch and relax your whole body in this 30 minute stretch class combining yoga with traditional stretching.
YOGA

YOGA CONDITIONING
A vigorous class addressing all 5 components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, body composition, and flexibility. This flowing series of traditional yoga poses will energize, balance, and soothe both body and mind.
